Signs

There will never be enough signs to convince a doubting heart of the truth. Matthew 12:38Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.” 39But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40“For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41“The men of Nineveh will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and indeed a greater than Jonah is here. 42“The queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and indeed a greater than Solomon is here. 43“When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. 44

154 Days

154 days. I believe, by the massive prophetic movements in the nations, that you have about this much time to throw yourself into responding to Jesus' return in order to be ready to endure it well. I began saying this about three years ago. I believe it more now than ever. The response to Jesus' that I've been trying to give give has made me a better father, husband, and follower of Jesus. The answer to the end times is to really do the gospel the way it is written, not the generally lukewarm way it is received in America in 2016. The answer to Jesus' return is to wholeheartedly desire to know him. To fast, pray, and separate from the distractions that kept me dull and comfortable to not know him that well... And left me generally not confident in my hearing of his voice. Maybe you feel you are just fine in this area. Is your response overflowing to anyone else? OK, you feel confident that you are good...How are you getting anyone else vision to respond with zeal to the

Israel

The world is making a significant shift against Israel right now. Whether or not you agree with the politics of Israel (I personally do not), it is important to see the spiritual ramifications of not standing with her spiritually. Israel is the nation God chose to bring forward redemption through. Because God marked Israel to bear the Messiah, if you are a believer, you are supposed to stand with Israel. As soon as God marked Israel to carry the Messiah forward, Satan marked Israel to try to stop that very thing from happening. Even to this day, Jesus is coming back to earth on the "back of Israel." This is because Jesus won't return until Israel invites Him to: Matthew 23:37“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones God’s messengers! How often I have wanted to gather your children together as a hen protects her chicks beneath her wings, but you wouldn’t let me. 38And now, look, your house is abandoned and desolate. 39For I tell you this, you wil

Christmas

If some "thing" I think I need would actually help me, God would do it. God isn't holding out. He's waiting for me to give in and trust Him. The thing I am impatient for is simply an expression of my lack of trust that God will always help me, bring my dream to pass, and not forget me. Christmas is the clearest sign that God would never forget those who wait upon Him. On one day, everything changed. On one day the waiting was over, yet still, so many in the nation Jesus came to, because of a lack of belief, missed the thing that entire nation knew it needed and thought it was watching for. I will be fine, satisfied, provided for...Successful...If I can simply believe I am now...That simply because I have been created, all the power of heaven is toward my success if I will believe and trust and let the pressure go of wanting something I don't really need today...Right now. Because God is good, He wouldn't have made me if He didn't want to provide for me. He

Sleep

This should be one of the most sobering realities for the modern believer: Matthew 25:4“but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5“But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 6“And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ 1 Thessalonians 5:1But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 6Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. Proverbs 6:10A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep

Agreement

When I am trying to agree with Jesus, and an impossible situation seems to arise, it is designed by the enemy to get me to move away from God, but, at a higher level, it is orchestrated by God to get me closer to Him. What happens in the situation is always up to me, though. God will not violate love... He won't make me believe He is good, powerful, or for me. I can choose to believe God is good and in control, or I can choose to believe the lies of the enemy. What I choose to believe about God will determine whether or not the enemy succeeds. Doubting God's character, power, or love for me is what always leads to great sin. What I choose to believe will direct my steps. I will always go where I am looking, so it is important that I see the truth clearly. The enemy is not creative. He's crafty. He takes created things and tries to twist them and rearrange them to get his own kingdom. But, God is creative. He is always making things new. Generally, the enemy wants me to look

Prophecy

Amazed by the swift slide the "prophetic" church is taking into literal apostasy. Jesus said that one of the main things to watch for in the end times are false prophets. I love the spirit of prophecy...I don't despise it by any measure...but you have to have discernment in this hour. If they want your money, subscription, to tell you secrets, etc...use your head. Jesus isn't running a subscription service. If you know the "secrets" that will save/increase life for real, you wouldn't sell them. Money will always give away the false prophets. They are wolves that eat sheep. Shepherds feed. For free. Matthew 7:15-20 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. (16) You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? (17) Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. (18) A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a ba
