Time, times and half a time 42 months 1260 days I have come to believe that these expressions of 3.5 years are similar, but not the same. I haven't always thought this. As time goes on, the information in Daniel is being unsealed.  Daniel 12:4“But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” I believe these time frames are stated differently, because they are for different testings and different ministries. Just as Jesus ministered for 3.5 years so will those who are wise and shine like the stars in heaven (Dan 12:3). I believe these mark the seals, trumpets and bowls in a way. Though it is in their relationship to each other that these events must be understood. The seals take years, the trumpets are measured in months, and the bowls in days. If I listened to and believed most of the modern-day church leaders and 'prophets' I would think that what was most on Jesus' mind was keeping me comfortable, keeping me safe from loss or harm, keeping me happy and encouraged that everything was going to turn out well for me materialistically...that I wouldn't lose all "we have worked for." I would believe that a successful church meeting was full of excitement and exuberant singing, running and dancing and jumping. That people would fall down and I would go home brimming with excitement for another round of 'glory.' If I listened to the modern day revivalist, I would think that a place where the glory was really flowing would have a line of people out the door waiting to get in and a green room for those carrying the weight of leadership, and healings, signs, and miracles would be on display so that the masses could see with their eyes and measure with their senses that God is real..that they wouldnt

I received a great question regarding the church's relationship with Israel. I thought this was helpful in general. This was a question posted on a youtube video from a few years ago from a person I dont know: Question: Many teach that Gentiles will be servants of Israel in the Kingdom (especially in the Hebrew Roots Movement, Black Hebrew Movement and certain Jews). Where do they get this from? I have a difficult time with meshing 2 verses that seem to not agree: 1. God is no respecter of persons and 2. Israel is the apple of his eye. Does God love one group of people more than another? That makes me cry - also, will any of Edom be saved? How can ALL of Israel be saved and yet Paul said that we are to move them to jealousy that "some might be saved?" You teach as if the Church will be here for the time of Jacob's trouble- the end time Church will be here on the Earth?? When will the rapture take place then? Thank you.
