False Prophecy

Be careful of what you are willing to believe in this hour. False prophetic spirits try to get us to store up and hunker down. Jesus isn't afraid of being stolen from. Yes, the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but that doesn't have to drive us to store up on Earth, even with heavenly language convincing us it is ok. Jesus is fixing the reliance on false comfort, many times by touching our time and money. Money and the things it can buy are going to be destroyed by moth and rust. There is no other theology in the Bible. We don't need a storehouse on earth. We need a capacity to allow God to flow THROUGH us. The kingdom of God is unlimited in wealth. Fallen man is afraid of running out or being stolen from. But, Jesus gave the money bag to the one known thief in the group: John 12:4But one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, who would betray Him, said, 5“Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?” 6This he said, not

Nisan 1

First day of the first month is really important in the Bible. That day starts at sundown tonight and is called Nisan 1. Tons of important things have happened on that day, and they are all about sanctification, especially in light of Passover. Passover was the death of the firstborn of not only the enemies of God, but the apathetic among the enemies. Passover required a response. To get ready. On this same day, several times in Biblical history, a cleansing of the tabernacle/temple, and even the whole earth began on this day. The flood waters were dried on this day, and Moses built the Tabernacle of the Tent of meeting....A picture of David's Tabernacle...Was constructed on this day. Ezra left Babylon to rebuild the Temple on this day, and Hezekiah began purifying the first temple that was in ruins on this day... Genesis 8:13And it came to pass in the six hundred and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, that the waters were dried up from the earth; and Noah

Agreement

I don't need a person to come along to save me from God's plan. I need to discern the unusual nature of God's plan to cleanse the earth of rebellion by giving everyone what they want, and then respond accordingly ...To start changing what it is that I want to agree with God. Isaiah 28:21For the LORD will rise up as at Mount Perazim, He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon— That He may do His work, His awesome work, And bring to pass His act, His unusual act. 22Now therefore, do not be mockers, Lest your bonds be made strong; For I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts, A destruction determined even upon the whole earth. There are hundreds of ways to miss this, but only one way to find it: Matthew 6:24“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. 25“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink;

Evangelism

The greatest evangelism ever recorded in the Bible happened in a night and day prayer meeting. Its no coincidence that Jesus' plan for the end time church is to raise up end time prayer meetings. Jesus' return is all about saving the lost. When you get ready for his return you necessarily are getting ready to save the lost en masse (thousands at a time, and then discipling them as they are added to your numbers). Trying to save the lost while neglecting getting ready for Jesus' return would be like trying to harvest corn by hand rather than learning to drive a combine. Jesus wants us to be the driver, not the tractor. The Holy Spirit is the power to save the lost. We spend time crying out for it, and then we get to become a part of it. This is the story the Bible is telling. It takes humility to believe it and actually do it. Jesus told his disciples to wait for the power: Luke 24:46Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffe

Repentance

a good friend asked me a good question today, and I thought I would share it. I'm sure others might be wondering the same sort of thing: Question: How do I repent of taking a social security number? I don't want to make a formula....I'm just unsure of how to repent of relying on it for things? Another question about the mark of the beast.... Do people have a chance to repent of that if they have taken it? Is their mercy for that or is it to late at that point? My Answer: The important principle is to talk to Jesus and ask him about your heart related to a SS number. I would repent in any way he shows you to. For me, repentance means I'm not going to worry about someone getting my SS number (Im not going to worry about protecting it), and I am going to be praying into not worry about keeping my ability to work, or the other benefits of having a social security number. I am asking him to make me aware of how to free myself of the identity connected to it (if any). The SS
