The New Song - Part 4

Psalms 33:2-4, 11, 17-20 Praise the Lord with the harp; Make melody to Him with an instrument of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy. For the word of the Lord is right, And all His work is done in truth....

... The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations....

... A horse is a vain hope for safety; Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy, To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waits for the Lord ; He is our help and our shield.

For the last few days, I have been writing about the "new song." The phrase new song refers to the end-time prayer to music (worship) movement promised to be "raised up" by God in the generation the Lord will return to. God is ACTUALLY doing this right now. Hundreds and hundreds of geographic locations all over the globe are operating in some level of night and day prayer with a vision of it related to the return of Jesus. Amos said that it is through the night and day prayer movement that those loyal to God...true kernels of grain...would be kept through the time of shaking (Amos 9:10-11).

Joel (chap 2) said that coming together as a community of believers, praying in one accord, would transform the land, give God a location to pour His Spirit upon in signs and wonders, and equip His people to fulfill the great commission with power, so that "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

The rebuilding of the Tabernacle of David...the new song...the global 24-hour prayer to music movement...will REQUIRE the Bride to die to herself and come together in unity to keep the fire on the altar...this brilliant plan is the context Jesus will use in a time of trouble to get what He prayed for in John 17:

John 17:20-21 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

This will happen as the trouble increases, and the Bride gathers to seek the Lord as her solution. The "close quarters" and "hard work" of keeping the diverse streams of the Bride on the same page will REQUIRE an all-in commitment to Jesus...to sharing in His death...which will produce true unity. Unity doesn't happen when we all agree with each other about Jesus. Unity happens when we agree with Jesus about each other!

....and we will need it in order to build and keep 24-hour prayer to music going in a time of trouble! As we all lock our gaze on Jesus and begin running toward Him with our whole hearts, the trajectory of our paths will naturally draw us closed to each other. Picture the spokes of a wheel...closer at the hub than way out at the tire. If Jesus is the center, as we all run toward Him, we must get closer together! Jesus is going to shake everything that can be shaken...there is only one place that cannot be shaken: WHERE HE STANDS! And He said He is going to make us one, with each other and Him, so we stand right where He is...the night and day praying Bride will produce geographic locations that will not be shaken...but she will do more than that...she will agree with Jesus about the "shaking" itself in her geographic place of intercession and release the judgments along with Jesus!

This is God's design for operating in the earth: He looks for a man or woman to agree with Him.

Ezekiel 22:30 So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.

God has committed to partnering with people to carry out His plans on earth. This is because He has given leadership of the earth to mankind. When God gives something, He REALLY gives it. This is why prayer is necessary. Many wonder why God wants us to pray if He already knows everything! It is because the verbal agreement of mankind on earth is necessary, based on God's sovereign decision to give dominion of the earth to mankind!

Genesis 1:28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Psalms 115:16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord ’s; But the earth He has given to the children of men.

If my dad came to my house and wanted to see something changed, He would ask me to agree! I remember being a young man and needing to re-do the roof of my house. My dad knew how to do it. Without His help it wasn't going to happen, but I didn't sit on the couch while he re-did the roof. I went up on the roof and agreed with Him in the work. In the process we got closer, the roof got done, and the house was made better.

This is a simple picture of what God desires: His family agreeing with Him about the cultivating of the most amazing Garden by speaking and agreeing on things that He actually does by the power of the Spirit! This is how creation worked: the Father had the plan, Jesus spoke the words, and the Spirit did the stuff!

This is how Jesus modeled life for His disciples..."take nothing with you but your desire and your mouth and go change the world by speaking words and seeing the Spirit agree with your words in the release of power"

Mark 6:7-8, 12-13 And He called the twelve to Himself, and began to send them out two by two, and gave them power over unclean spirits. He commanded them to take nothing for the journey except a staff—no bag, no bread, no copper in their money belts— So they went out and preached that people should repent. And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them.

This was the first picture of the great commission. Why the staff, Jesus? Where you afraid they were going to trip?!! No! They took their staffs as a sign of what Jesus would do in the final fulfilling of the great commission! The final disciples are going to lead the whole earth out of the end-time Pharaoh's camp into the promised land through judgments, signs and wonders! Moses had a staff he used to release the judgments and split the sea...disciples are going to fill the role of the end-time Moses! God looks for people to agree with Him about what needs doing in the earth, and the end-time Bride is going to be rocking out prayers to song that will release the judgments! Just like Moses held out His staff!

Exodus 4:16-17 Aaron will be your spokesman to the people. He will be your mouthpiece, and you will stand in the place of God for him, telling him what to say. And take your shepherd’s staff with you, and use it to perform the miraculous signs I have shown you.”

On the way to Egypt to command Pharaoh to release God's people, God gave Moses a sign that this whole event was simply a smaller picture pointing to something way bigger than Egypt. This was pointing to the way Jesus would get His family back...His great harvest!

Exodus 4:24-26 On the way to Egypt, at a place where Moses and his family had stopped for the night, the Lord confronted him and was about to kill him. But Moses’ wife, Zipporah, took a flint knife and circumcised her son. She touched his feet with the foreskin and said, “Now you are a bridegroom of blood to me.” (When she said “a bridegroom of blood,” she was referring to the circumcision.) After that, the Lord left him alone.

The end-time Bride will partner with the Jesus, the groom, and through the words spoken in the authority of the Bride washed in the Blood, will release the very power of God in unity as the faithful witness that Her Groom is behind all that is happening in the earth. Mankind will call God evil for letting the intensity increase, but the Bride will say "no! His judgments are His love!" Even the worst judgments are better than the choice made permanent to try to live a life apart from the author of life, which is a lake of fire forever...where the worm never dies and the fire never goes out.

Jesus' plan, written out in the Book of Revelation, is to use the least intense means necessary, to reach the greatest number of people, at the deepest heart level, without ever violating free will. The intensity is designed to save people. The Bride will declare this to the world as the end-time "Moses." The events are numbered and ordered. 3 always comes after 2! and the Bride will know exactly what to sing for next. We' Il be singing and saying: "Come Lord, release the next trumpet! We long for Eden...to be with you. Your judgments are Your love! Shake the world so they might choose you. We'll tell them why you are doing it!"

Romans 10:14-15 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

That was written in Isaiah 52:7, which was immediately followed with a description of the sent ones:

Isaiah 52:8 Your watchmen shall lift up their voices, With their voices they shall sing together; For they shall see eye to eye When the Lord brings back Zion.

This is the whole point of the new song: to release judgment that will save people. The prayers of the singing Bride release the judgments:

Revelation 8:4-6 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel’s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. So the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
