The Delusion of Lukewarm

-Hot puts all the weight on God, and embraces man's weakness. This is the witness of Jesus He is looking for in the earth.

-Cold puts no weight on God. It denies man's weakness and embraces God's irrelevance. It's downfall is also the witness God is looking for.

Exodus 9:4“And the LORD will make a difference between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. So nothing shall die of all that belongs to the children of Israel.” ’ ”

Lukewarm corrupts the relationship with God. It delusionally thinks it's putting the right amount of weight on God and the right amount on man. It delusionally thinks it is embracing the right amount of man's weakness and the right amount of God's irrelevance (though it is careful to never admit that, for obvious reasons). It is adultery.

Jesus would rather you not get married, then to get married and cheat.

Lukewarm = spiritual adultery

This is confusion. Its witness is worthless. It is the height of selfishness, since it believes in God's sovereignty, but then denies it by fighting people with words, hatred, and carnality... Weapons that are carnal rather than focusing on demonic strongholds in their own lives, so they can be helpful with specs at the right time. It is lawless prophecy, lawless deliverance, lawless wonder working.

This lukewarm IS the harlot Babylon, just as a mixture of religion was spiritual harlotry in Jeremiah's and Isaiah's day.

Revelation 3:15“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.
16“So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.
17“Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—

The lukewarm elements of the end time church... The harlot Babylon... Is who you are mostly reading about being targeted in the Revelation judgments. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. God isn't trying to force the cold to love Him, the hot already choose Him as much as they can. The war, and thus the judgments, are for the lukewarm.

The world suffers with the lukewarm, just as Jonah's shipmates suffered with him, but it was HIS storm. His repentance stopped the storm for the others.

Look at the admonition of Jesus at the sixth bowl. In vs. 15 the Lamb reminds the Church this is a warning for them!!:

Revelation 16:12Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.
13And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”
16And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.

Lukewarm will put you at war against Jesus. He is overcoming by the "blood of the lamb and the word of His testimony (witness)". Corrupting the testimony is worse than opposing it. For real.

Many, in arrogant delusion, are moving towards war with Jesus in the name of "God.". They hate his personality, though they claim to love Him. You can't love Jesus, then deny His sovereignty over every area of your life:

-your speech
-your money
-your forgiveness
-your obedience
-your meekness
-your blessing of those who curse you
-your praying for those who spitefully use you
-your time
-your hopefulness in the midst of judgment
-your lawfulness and respect of all authority (not just the authority that benefits you)

Taking Jesus' identity and then dividing up and taking what you want and leaving the rest is what they did with his garments when they killed Him. Many who call themselves Christians are doing that right now... Taking what they want and leaving what they don't. Their judgment will be the worst earth has ever seen. The judgments you see all around you are either exempting you from more judgment as you repent, or signing you up for more judgment, as you steel your heart, grit your teeth, and blame the world around you (even as you blame those you deem lukewarm). This isn't a Biden-follower storm, a Trump-follower storm, a Qanon storm, a homosexuals storm, a white storm, a black storm....this is YOUR storm if you aren't actively repenting for taking his name and not giving Him every part of your indifference, indignation, anger, and impatience. For real. You are the problem, not them.

He'd rather you were cold then to drink what you selfishly want and muddy the rest:

Ezekiel 34:17‘And as for you, O My flock, thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I shall judge between sheep and sheep, between rams and goats.
18“Is it too little for you to have eaten up the good pasture, that you must tread down with your feet the residue of your pasture—and to have drunk of the clear waters, that you must foul the residue with your feet?
19“And as for My flock, they eat what you have trampled with your feet, and they drink what you have fouled with your feet.”

If you don't want to find yourself delusionally fighting Jesus at the sixth bowl, repent now:

Revelation 3:18“I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
19“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.

The season is changing.  He is gathering everything that offends Him out of the church. He is gathering the wheat to His barn.

Many are for war, even as they claim to love the Prince of Peace. Some are for peace.

Psalm 120:6My soul has dwelt too long
With one who hates peace.
7I am for peace;
But when I speak, they are for war.

He answers this prayer (Luke 18:7-8)

Matthew 13:27“So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’
28“He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’
29“But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.
30‘Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” ’ ”

Everyone will get what they want.
