Led to the Cross?

The last days require a specific victory of those filled with the Holy Spirit: victory over self-leadership and self-saving.

Without this victory, I can prophesy in Jesus' name, cast out demons in His name, do wonders... And He will say He never knew me.

Yeshua already picked to:
-love enemies
-bless those who curse Him
-pray for those that use Him
-follow the father's leadership into the death of His flesh on the cross

He invites anyone willing to follow Him.

If I don't pick that same victory over the flesh for myself, by spending my time seeing who I really am, seeing who Yeshua really is, and mourning the difference until I am transformed, then I am a false witness of Jesus, not a true one.

The more I teach from a place of true heart change... The more I share the true light... The more helpful I am as a true witness.

BUT, to teach about Jesus, talk about Jesus, identify as His while holding on to an anti-Jesus personality, that is the ultimate in being a false witness. God is going to make an example of those who sincerely have affection for Jesus but refuse to let Him lead them into discomfort. Most Christians agree with the cross until it becomes theirs.  As soon as someone misunderstands or mistreats them, then they go into self defense mode. These are the false witnesses if they refuse to own their shame and deal with it!

Yeshua DESPISED the shame.

Hebrews 12:1-3 NKJV — Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.

(Read Hebrews 11 to see what this great cloud of witnesses picked!!)

Yeshua is purging the false witnesses (tares) from His kingdom even right now.  They are slowly being gathered together.

God is searching for fidelity right now.  The flesh is searching for glory. Many "share Jesus" or "minister" from a place of selfish ambition and are completely blinded to their own manipulations and flirtations with God's people for their own glorification.  This is because shame acts like fig leaves over pride.

The false actors in Jesus' body are insecure.  Their shame makes their pride seem acceptable. They feel like victims, so they become perpetrators and are entirely unaware they use Jesus to have a better life rather than submit to Him so He can kill their pride and shame.

We must go the other way.  The true Bride of Jesus DECREASES while HE INCREASES.

I don't have to wait. I can jump into this process of becoming ready for the marriage supper of the lamb any time. There are plenty of carnal wars for me to lose today so that I can gain a victory into the Spiritual kingdom forever.

Romans 12:17-21 NKJV — Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Therefore

“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Most that name the name of Yeshua will never actually win the war over their own flesh, because they are so afraid of missing out on what "life should be" in their own minds.  They feel like victims... like their lives are hard.  In Christ, no one's life is hard.  That is because those who pick Jesus PICK a cross!  You will have tribulation, but take heart, He's overcome the world.

The cross transforms "hard lives" into victorious ones.  A narrative of doing well with a hard life gives all the glory to the person.  This romantic narrative, though it feels "faithful," isn't true.  We all deserved hell.  As long as we are breathing, we got a better deal than we deserve.  Embracing the cross is embracing the truth: we deserve this difficulty, Yeshua.  You didn't!

Luke 23:40-43 NKJV — But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? “And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

The cross takes victims and makes them victors.  Same tribulation, different mindset.  No flesh will glory.  No one in heaven "did great with a hard life." Everyone in heaven was mercifully saved by Jesus even though they deserved hell!

Most have not been taught to pick a cross!  Therefore, they would rather misrepresent Jesus than let Him in to deal with their insecurities.  They would rather be great in the eyes of men than be true in the eyes of God.

Time is running out to truly chose readiness for the coming of the Lord.  The cross-bearing and cross-less are mostly  in the same meetings (the cross-bearing mostly GET their cross from the cross-less).

Matthew 25:1-13 NKJV — “Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. “Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. “Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, “but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. “But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ “Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. “And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ “But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ “But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.

If I fight to win a carnal war, I'll lose the victory that matters.  I have to learn to lose carnal wars to gain Christ.  That is the cross, NOT calling on the 12 legions of angels and I stead letting the Father lead me to the death of my self leadership. That is the narrow road few find.

Philippians 3:7-14 NKJV — But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
