Reacting Vs. Preparing
Reacting to the things happening in the world is what it means to be led into antichrist worship. The more extreme and unbelievable the changes occurring are, the harder it is to resist reacting. We can only resist reacting by knowing what is coming and why and preparing in advance. It's why Jesus told Peter to pray in the garden of Gethsemane: so his faith wouldn't fail under the pressure of what was about to happen. Peter reacted. Jesus prophesied.
God ALWAYS tells His prophets (Amos 3:4).
Revelation 13:3-4 NKJV — And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”
It's only those who's names are written in the Lamb's book of life... Those who abide... Those who are prophetically informed of what to do by faith, not reacting to the next thing happening, but KNOWING what is happening and choosing faithfulness in advance of the events, that will be safe from following the whole world into antichrist worship. No one who worships the antichrist thinks that is what they are doing.
Prophecy happens in the body of Messiah. Everyone has a different gifting, the wise recognize the eyes and ears of the Lord, and the mouths that speak with authority, and believe:
1 Corinthians 12:7-18 NKJV — But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills. For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. For in fact the body is not one member but many. If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling? But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.
Unbelief, jealousy, rejection, striving, fear, selfish ambition... These are what isolate a person from the safety of living under "the shadow of His wing.". To live under the shadow of the Lord's wing is to dwell in humility next to His body.
Listen. It's going to take everyone knowing Jesus... Recognizing Yeshua in the world around them... To successfully navigate this moment.
Most won't. They would rather be God than submit to Him. They would rather keep on reacting, fearing, feeling like a victim, accusing, gossiping, manipulating, and striving than settle down, listen to the way the Lord speaks to His body and grow in faith.
Not settling down and being stirred up to love and good works by others prophetically speaking what is true is called "willful sin" in the Bible.
True prophecy always comes with a roadmap to greater sanctification. Prophecy isn't fortune telling... It is being the voice, hands, feet... The body... Of the shepherd. Charlatans tell the future... Those who live and lead in the Spirit show the way.
Not learning take the low place, listen to the Lord speak through His body, and get ready for heaven for real is called "shrinking back."
Hebrews 10:19-39 NKJV — Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The LORD will judge His people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. But recall the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great struggle with sufferings: partly while you were made a spectacle both by reproaches and tribulations, and partly while you became companions of those who were so treated; for you had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your goods, knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven. Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: “For yet a little while,
And He who is coming will come and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith;
But if anyone draws back,
My soul has no pleasure in him.” But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.
