Golden City, Haunt of Demons I have been working my way through the Bible to show why I believe the USA is the end-time Harlot Babylon. I have been outlining that the spirit of Babylon is the thread that runs through the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. The thread started in Babel, the first global superpower with an anointed leader who wanted to make the world fair and equitable apart from God, and ends with the end-time Harlot Babylon, the last global superpower who will also have an anointed leader who desires to make the world fair and equitable apart from God. I have been trying to lay the groundwork for what I will say today. Each “iteration” of Babylon has had two things in common: they were global superpowers, and they had strong rulers who got caught up in their own pride…started believing their own hype…and ended up demanding to be worshiped as God, whether by outright worship (Nimrod, Pharaoh, Nebuchadnezzar, Alexander the Great, Caesar), or by requiring that they be praye...

Spirit of Babylon meets the Spirit of Antichrist The Spirit of Babylon = the Desire of Mankind to re-establish God’s Garden of Eden (Hope and Change) apart from God, who actually owns the garden The Spirit of Antichrist = the desire of a man to offer himself to the world as a “tangible” alternative to Jesus, the true Messiah. This is an important thought. We easily forget history. Right before our eyes something profound is happening. You have heard many people warning of trouble coming in very vague ways. I want to tell you, the Bible is actually not vague. You don't need a prophet to know exactly what trouble is coming. Let me simply explain to you what trouble is coming: when a man promises to protect Israel like she is his own...specifically for 7 years...he is claiming to be her God...This is the choice that makes him what the Bible calls the antichrist...the alternative to Jesus, who wants to "put His arms around" Jerusalem. When the antichrist makes this agreement public, the earth will descend into what is called "the 7 year tribulation" for a very plain and simple reason: half the world will say the "peacemaker" is brilliant, and the other half will say he is the antichrist. This will cause instant divisions all over the earth...wherever Bible believing Christians ...

The Rome problem – and the obvious answer Most end-times "watchers" are watching for a revived Roman empire. I believe this is a big mistake. The reason most believe Rome will be revived is because of the Daniel prophecies, but Daniel's prophecies were specifically about Babylon.
