End Time Babylon – Part 7 (continued)
The Rome problem – and the obvious answer
Most end-times "watchers" are watching for a revived Roman empire. I believe this is a big mistake. The reason most believe Rome will be revived is because of the Daniel prophecies, but Daniel's prophecies were specifically about Babylon.
Rome never made it as far as ruling over Babylon, and was excluded from Daniel’s visions, but the angel threw Rome in while explaining to John the bigger global picture. We know this from the count of global empires and from the identification of the kings. John was told the seven mountains have seven distinct "kings." All of these kings have two things in common: they ruled over global “superpowers” and they eventually demanded the worship of the people. This is what John was told:
Revelation 17:10 There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time. (11) The beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition.
Ok, let’s count the kings! Thankfully, John was given the “Rosetta stone” of the whole prophecy! He was definitively told who one of the kings was…the “one that is”…that was Titus Flavius Caesar Domitianus Augustus (Caesar) during the time John was on Patmos and got the Revelation of Jesus Christ. This is easily documentable in historical records. No one disputes Rome is the one “that is” when John got the Revelation in Revelation 17. So, if we put our mountain-top (tower of Babel)-global-superpower-worship-demanding kings in order, this is what we get:
1. Nimrod
2. Pharaoh
3. Nebuchadnezzar
4. Darius
5. Alexander the Great
6. Caesar (the one that “is”)
7. Muhammad (the one that “had not yet come”)
8. Antichrist (the one that will be “of” a revived “version” of the seventh, the Islamic caliphate)
Many do not think of Muhammad as a political leader, but this is actually what he was. He was a spiritual leader AND a political leader, just like Nimrod who wanted to sit on the tower of Babel and be god and king. In fact, this is what Huda Islamic academy (www.huda.tv) has to say:
“As a political leader the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) unified the Arabian Peninsula, established a great state whose capital was Madinah, defeated his enemies, and had most successful military expeditions. However, his real political leadership was in the realm of morality and spirituality in which he conducted himself perfectly in situations of weakness as well as strength. His way of dealing in Makkah and Madinah indicates his great political leadership.”
Islam, in the form of the Caliphate, and later known as the Ottoman Empire, was the latest, and the longest lasting, of the “god-king” global superpowers. This is the entire idea behind Islam, which means “submission.” Islam isn’t content to be a religion, it also desires to be the government, in the form of Sharia law. The domination of religion AND state is a “built in” feature of the Koranic passages that require submission or death. Right now, the Islamic Caliphate is undergoing an intense REVIVAL. This is all happening at the hands of one organization called the Muslim Brotherhood. Remember that organization…watch that organization…this is super important.
The “Arab Spring” which started in December 2010, has resulted in the Muslim Brotherhood successfully “hijacking” numerous revolutions throughout the Middle East. This is easily documentable in the news. It started in Tunisia and spread throughout the middle east. It has resulted in a huge move toward the "re-Islamisation" of numerous governments throughout the Middle East. This is what the core tenants of Islam are about…the eventual submission to Allah in every realm of society.
This submit or die attitude is what makes the Caliphate/Ottoman Empire different from the other "Babylons", and terrifying for anyone who doesn’t want to be Muslim. Daniel was show the unique nature of this kind of empire, and its relationship to the other empires in a very unique vision (my comments in parenthesis):
Daniel 7:1-8 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream and visions of his head while on his bed. Then he wrote down the dream, telling the main facts. (2) Daniel spoke, saying, "I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the Great Sea.(this is the shifting seas of political movements…just like was shown to John in Revelation 13:1) (3) And four (these are the four that dominated Babylon, which the vision was about. Rome NEVER dominated Babylon) great beasts (global superpowers) came up from the sea, each different from the other. (4) The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings (this is Nebuchadnezzar’s Babylon…lions were a dominant theme in his kingdom). I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man's heart was given to it (this is referring to the true account of Nebuchadnezzar’s conversion to the worship of our God in Daniel 4). (5) "And suddenly another beast, a second, like a bear (this is Darius’ Medo-Persia, which conquered Babylon next). It was raised up on one side, and had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And they said thus to it: 'Arise, devour much flesh!' (6) "After this I looked, and there was another, like a leopard (this is Alexander the Great’s Greece, which conquered Babylon next…Alexander conquered the entire known world in less than 10 years!! Fast like a leopard), which had on its back four wings of a bird. The beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it. (7) "After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible (this is the Islamic Caliphate…the Ottoman empire…the religion called “submission” which requires conversion or death), exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth; it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet (The Islamic Caliphate destroyed the last traces of any former culture wherever it could get a foothold). It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns (here, Daniel is seeing the end-time “iteration” (antichrist coalition) of this revived fourth beast). (8) I was considering the horns, and there was another horn (this is the "odd" 11th horn), a little one (but growing into a world-dominating horn), coming up among them (this 11th horn…who is a regional leader…is coming up later…after Islam is established, but also coming late to the game in Babylon), before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots (this guy, or his administration will single handedly uproot…replace... three other regional leaders and replace them with an entirely new governmental system based on the law of submission…Sharia law)….
I would now like to pause and direct your attention stage left: look at these three “horns”…um…I mean “friends”:
1. Egypt – where secular friendly Mubarak replaced by new Muslim Brotherhood ruler named Mohammad Morsi in 2011
2. Libya – where secular friendly Ghaddafi executed by being drug through the streets with our Secretary of State claiming “we got him.” The Muslim Brotherhood is actively fighting for control with our clandestine help, resulting in a weird little incident called “Benghazi”
3. Syria – where secular friendly Bashar Assad has been fighting for his life against a mostly Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda controlled resistance movement that is gaining control. The USA has selected the Muslim Brotherhood as our horse in the Syria race and are trying to direct resources to them without helping the Al Qaeda elements! Ironic, since Al Qaeda is actually an off-shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood...yes, the 9/11 attackers were actually well-financed by Muslim Brotherhood Mosques...(see "Forbes" article below)
Now, please keep in mind that the Muslim Brotherhood is on record calling Israel the “Little Satan” and the USA the “Great Satan”…they hate our way of life and will be happy with us as long as we eventually see the light and submit to Islam and Sharia Law, they are literally killing Christians all over Egypt and Syria…ok, here is the rest of the passage…
And there, in this horn (the antichrist behind the uprooting of those three regional governments), were eyes like the eyes of a man (he’s a guy…this is the antichrist), and a mouth speaking pompous words.(he’s an arrogant guy, this Nimrod 8.0)
Ok…we are not quite done yet…let’s go back to Revelation 17, and then I will put this all together and let you consider my observations (if you are actually still reading this…if you made it this far, I am really thankful for your attention):
Revelation 17:12-18 "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings (these are the same 10 horns Daniel was shown) who have received no kingdom (global kingdom…they are regional leaders who want to see Sharia back in style globally…they are fighting for a revived Ottoman Empire) as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. (they make a deal with pompous #11…they give him what he wants and he promises them what they want…this is the good old trick of the devil: promise what you don’t have in order to consolidate your power…antichrist is a redistributor of wealth/power, just like papa satan) (13) These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. (14) These will make war with the Lamb (they hate Jesus), and the Lamb will overcome them (Jesus WILL win), for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him (this is Jesus' faithful BRIDE…she will be here for the whole deal) are called, chosen, and faithful." (15) Then he said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the harlot (the harlot is Babylon…this is the government the 11th horn, the antichrist, is “carrying” earlier in the vision…antichrist is the leader of the harlot Babylon…the last global superpower) sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. (this last global superpower is the richest, most powerful, and culturally relevant superpower on the planet…who could that be?)
Ok…time to REALLY pay attention…are you ready?...
(16) And the ten horns which you saw on the beast (they are all together with the leader of the harlot), these will hate the harlot (Think about this…they hate the country the antichrist is the leader of, yet they partner with him?!! That makes NO SENSE), make her desolate and naked (they intend to destroy the Harlot), eat her flesh and burn her with fire.(literally…they intend to destroy the country who's leader is partnering with them and empowering them…because the truth is, the antichrist doesn’t really like his own country! He wants to “fundamentally change” her). (17) For God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled. (18) And the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth." (this is USA, I believe)
So…here is the most unlikely thing to ever happen I believe actually happening before our eyes: one guy who wants to fundamentally transform his own country partners with 10 regional Islamic Middle Eastern leaders…three of whom need to be replaced... in order for him to hijack a revived Ottoman Empire movement…those 10 leaders hate his country…and so does he. In order for these 10 Middle Eastern leaders to gain power, they give the late coming leader of the worlds only current super power loyalty…and in order for him to gain power, he promises them wealth and power…all the while the distracted, rich, luxurious, wanting to be super comfortable, lustful, self concerned last global superpower is about to be literally “burned with fire…”
The chain reaction that lights the fuse on the final stick of dynamite is a 7-year peace treaty that the pompous 11th horn will promise to protect Israel through…even though he and his 10 other partners hate Israel…and the whole time the fuse is being lit, Harlot Babylon couldn’t care less because she is way too interested in her own luxury….
That is SO unlikely…
