Together
This is what the Book of Revelation describes...Jesus getting the answer to this prayer:
John 17:20-23 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
This refined...this pure and spotless... bride makes herself ready in the time of greatest trouble the earth has ever seen. She goes into the trouble seven divided Churches, and comes out the other side of the trouble one pure and spotless singing Bride interceding for the causes on her grooms heart..."eye to eye" united, singing, 24-hour "watchmen." The only church that will be standing at the time of Jesus' return will be the one that sings and prays night and day in shifts!!
Isaiah 52:7-10 How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Your watchmen shall lift up their voices, With their voices they shall sing together; For they shall see eye to eye When the Lord brings back Zion. Break forth into joy, sing together, You waste places of Jerusalem! For the Lord has comforted His people, He has redeemed Jerusalem. The Lord has made bare His holy arm In the eyes of all the nations; And all the ends of the earth shall see The salvation of our God.
Isaiah 62:6 I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord , do not keep silent,
The night and day singers and musicians...and all the support people that keep night and day happening...this is literal!! They do it in "shifts." This is the pattern God setup in David's Tabernacle!
1 Chronicles 6:31-32, 44 These are the men whom King David put in charge of the music at the place of worship in Jerusalem after the Covenant Box was moved there. They took regular turns of duty at the Tent of the Lord's presence during the time before King Solomon built the Temple. Ethan of the clan of Merari was the leader of the third choir. His family line went back to Levi as follows: Ethan, Kishi, Abdi, Malluch,
This takes a lot of love! For all the Churches to come together to do this requires a strong commitment to the most important commandment!
Mark 12:28-31 A teacher of the Law was there who heard the discussion. He saw that Jesus had given the Sadducees a good answer, so he came to him with a question: “Which commandment is the most important of all?” Jesus replied, “The most important one is this: ‘Listen, Israel! The Lord our God is the only Lord. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ The second most important commandment is this: ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’ There is no other commandment more important than these two.”
It takes God to love God. Setting your heart to "go after" wholehearted love for God means "spending your desire" on knowing God, rather than spending your desire on the the things of the world, like everyone else.
Desire is the currency of creation. You spend it with your words. Simply telling God I want Him to "fascinate me with Jesus and His plans" as often as possible is what continues to set my heart ablaze with "holy zeal" to know Him. It really works!
To know Him IS to love Him. Once you love Him, you WILL obey Him. When we all obey Him...more and more...He will get what He wants. The first commandment ALWAYS overflows into the second!
John 14:15 “If you love me, you will obey my commandments.
