Does the Pursuit Bear Fruit?

Is my pursuit of Yeshua bearing fruit, or am I learning but not coming to the knowledge of the truth?

2 Timothy 3:5-9 NKJV — having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

Learning can be a selfish pursuit, or it can be a door to dying to self.

Learning will never resurrect anyone. Only dying to the flesh will.

I don't want to delude myself thinking learning is submitting. I want to submit myself to the Lord and let Him lead me to more knowledge of truth. Truth is a man. To know Him is to grow in two-way prayer. Nothing less.
