God is Searching for the Meek Right Now

I am only a witness of Yeshua when I stop striving, when I humble myself, and accept the yoke of the Messiah. Jesus carried His heart in a very specific way: meekness. He claimed to be gentle (meek) and lowly.

Matthew 11:27-30 NKJV — “All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

There are no witnesses of Jesus outside of this reality. There are many false witnesses that use Jesus as a means to their own glory. They strive to be something, rather than to decrease. If you meet a mature witness of Jesus, they won't tell you what they have accomplished. They only shine the personality of Jesus. They reach to be meek.

To truly be used by God is to give yourself away to Him... To become one with the Son.

This is how I know I am becoming like Yeshua:

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NKJV — Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Jesus is always looking for the faithful, those growing in His same meekness. Jesus is always about his Father's business, which is His own.

False witnesses build pyramids designed to solidify their own influence. They are always looking for useful people. True witnesses are like Jesus. They are always looking for meekness. They gather to the meek, not the useful. God uses the meek to display His glory.

Yeshua could spot meekness in Peter, James, and Paul. He tore down their strength so their meekness could shine.

1 Corinthians 1:25-29 NKJV — Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.

Right now, God is doing a unique work in the earth. He is shaking everything that can be shaken to find meekness. Ones and twos all over the earth are soberly considering what the Lord is doing and seriously reaching to be ready for His appearing. This road is narrow and few find it.

Jesus is literally using the meek as lamps. Picture John the Baptist looking for those who would follow Yeshua at His appearing. Right now, God is doing it again. He is searching for the meek by shaking the current structures (pyramids) of government, church bodies/movements, economics and simultaneously introducing meekness into fellowships and geographic regions.

Zephaniah 1 tells us clearly that He is doing this in Jerusalem. Zephaniah 2 says He is searching for meekness globally, as well.

Unlike any other time since Israel regained control of Jerusalem in 1967-68, the merchants of the old city have literally closed up shop. Most shop keepers will tell you it's even worse than covid.

This is a Biblical prophecy being fulfilled:

Zephaniah 1:10-18 NKJV — “And there shall be on that day,” says the LORD,
“The sound of a mournful cry from the Fish Gate,
A wailing from the Second Quarter,
And a loud crashing from the hills. Wail, you inhabitants of Maktesh!
For all the merchant people are cut down;
All those who handle money are cut off. “And it shall come to pass at that time
That I will search Jerusalem with lamps,
And punish the men
Who are settled in complacency,
Who say in their heart,
‘The LORD will not do good,
Nor will He do evil.’ Therefore their goods shall become booty,
And their houses a desolation;
They shall build houses, but not inhabit them;
They shall plant vineyards, but not drink their wine.” The great day of the LORD is near;
It is near and hastens quickly.
The noise of the day of the LORD is bitter;
There the mighty men shall cry out. That day is a day of wrath,
A day of trouble and distress,
A day of devastation and desolation,
A day of darkness and gloominess,
A day of clouds and thick darkness, A day of trumpet and alarm
Against the fortified cities
And against the high towers. “I will bring distress upon men,
And they shall walk like blind men,
Because they have sinned against the LORD;
Their blood shall be poured out like dust,
And their flesh like refuse.” Neither their silver nor their gold
Shall be able to deliver them
In the day of the LORD’s wrath;
But the whole land shall be devoured
By the fire of His jealousy,
For He will make speedy riddance
Of all those who dwell in the land.

The fish gate and the second quarter once described the areas northwest and west of the temple mount. This is where shop after shop are found even to this day. Right now, the vast majority of these shops and restaurants are closed and have been for 6 months, since the war started in Gaza.

That isn't all the Lord told us through Zephaniah. At this same time, there are specific prophecies regarding the nations surrounding Israel... Specifically Gaza, but others as well. More importantly, God tells us what HE is searching for as He allows these events.

When you see Gaza desolate, when you see the merchants of the old city of Jerusalem shuttered, there is a specific prophetic response the Lord is looking for: meekness. He is always looking for the meek to inherit the earth, but these events are supposed to stir a hastening of our reach for meekness.

Many false prophets are rising up. They aren't meek, though they could ask for it. They aren't decreasing while Yeshua increases. They aren't friends of the bridegroom, though they could be if they got a vision for it. They are mistakenly trying to show off for the bride rather than decrease for the groom. They do this because they think God needs them, rather than understanding God wants them to learn to need, and to shine a need, for God.

God is shining lamps right now... Looking for hearts! He is searching for the complacent and also looking for the meek! You are only complacent when you think you are good-to-go (Picture Jesus speaking to Laodicea in Rev 3).

Look at this amazing foretelling of what we can clearly see in the news of our day:

Zephaniah 2:1-7 NKJV — Gather yourselves together, yes, gather together,
O undesirable nation, Before the decree is issued,
Or the day passes like chaff,
Before the LORD’s fierce anger comes upon you,
Before the day of the LORD’s anger comes upon you! Seek the LORD, all you meek of the earth,
Who have upheld His justice.
Seek righteousness, seek humility.
It may be that you will be hidden
In the day of the LORD’s anger. For Gaza shall be forsaken,
And Ashkelon desolate;
They shall drive out Ashdod at noonday,
And Ekron shall be uprooted. Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast,
The nation of the Cherethites!
The word of the LORD is against you,
O Canaan, land of the Philistines:
“I will destroy you;
So there shall be no inhabitant.” The seacoast shall be pastures,
With shelters for shepherds and folds for flocks. The coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah;
They shall feed their flocks there;
In the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down at evening.
For the LORD their God will intervene for them,
And return their captives.

(This is great hope for the captives that we can stand on.)

Israel is being shaken among the nations. Not one true grain will be lost. The arrogant say, "this problem isn't going to hurt me." That isn't called faith, that is presumption that the Lord won't do good or evil.

You are only safe if you are running into the Lord right now. The complacent are in great danger.

Faith responds with a reach for meekness. To decrease into need... Seeing we are poor, blind, wretched, and naked... Buying Gold in the furnace of prayer.

False leaders want to complete their mission, no matter what God is doing... That is why the leaders of Yeshua's day missed Him! True leaders humble themselves under the mighty hand of God.

God is searching for the leaders that will work directly with Yehsua for 1,000 years of restoring right now. Gather together with them. Seek meekness, not strength, right now.

The prayer movement isn't for those that have a "calling" of prayer. The prayer movement is for the meek that realize God wants them to ask and receive, not build something in His name. The government of God is asking and receiving. That is the government coming to earth right now. Jesus will rule from the Tabernacle of David (Is 16).

Amos 9:9-11 NKJV — “For surely I will command,
And will sift the house of Israel among all nations,
As grain is sifted in a sieve;
Yet not the smallest grain shall fall to the ground. All the sinners of My people shall die by the sword,
Who say, ‘The calamity shall not overtake nor confront us.’ “On that day I will raise up
The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down,
And repair its damages;
I will raise up its ruins,
And rebuild it as in the days of old;

David is the man after God's heart. He would have pitched a tent even if no one else came. He wanted to meet with God. He knew His need.
