Impatience
Impatience is not a fruit of God's presence. This is the challenge of contending for the kingdom to come: waiting for the real thing, but staying vibrant in the process of it coming. I hear the LORD saying some have tasted a little of the coming kingdom, and are so impatient for more they will find ways to make something less seem like the kingdom coming. This is great error, for the false kingdom will come by the will of man with lying signs and wonders: II Thessalonians 2:9-10 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. Many who name the name of Jesus will settle for eating cardboard because they are unwilling to wait for the meal to finish cooking.
