Truth Returning
2 Thessalonians 2:10-11 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie,
The return of Jesus is the final process of truth returning. Perfect pure light is coming home... that means truth will be displayed more and more as Jesus' return unfolds.
Many are waiting for that moment when Jesus has had enough of the darkness in the world and just decides to appear. That is not the way the Bible describes Jesus returning. Did you know that? The Bible says that the exact opposite of that will happen! Jesus is waiting for you and I to have had enough the darkness so that we would "appear" as the sons of God...bright and shining in our zeal for truth to come home and demonstrate there is no life apart from God. Paul said that ALL of creation is groaning for this moment:
Romans 8:18-23 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.
That means the groaning you feel within you for Jesus to return is a right emotion, but many have the wrong idea of HOW that groaning will be fulfilled... how to rightly respond to that emotion. Jesus will not return in a way that violates His written judgments...His written plans to return.
There are HUNDREDS of passages describing His return. They ALL require the participation of the people of the earth...all of them. Because God gave dominion over the earth to people, He will not come and rule over the earth outside of the agreement of people...the question is not whether He will return, though! The question is this: will you have faith to AGREE and PARTICIPATE in His return?!
Luke 18:7-8 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
Day and night crying out is an essential component of Jesus' return...it is the basis, but not the fullness, of what it means to PARTICIPATE in the return of Jesus.

What I mean is this: Jesus is not going to change the point of the Church age, which is the Great Commission. The Book of Revelation is describing the completion of the Great Commission in power. That is the desire of Jesus, that as many live with Him in the kingdom age as want to...forever. God has already shown us HOW TO COMPLETE the Great Commission. Being about the Father's business in the way Jesus instructed His disciples to be about His business is the only way the Church age will get completed!
This is what it means to "be revealed" as a son of God...which is what the creation is longing for:
Romans 8:12-14 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
What this means is that all of creation is groaning for you and I to be empowered from on high by the Spirit of God surging through us to complete the Great Commission. This only happens in agreement with Jesus ONE WAY: by tarrying, night and day, for the power to come from on high so we can be EMPOWERED to complete the Great Commission in overwhelming, earth shaking VICTORY! Anything less than this disagrees with Jesus' simple and basic instruction to His disciples (from the first ones to the "ends of the earth"):
Luke 24:46-49 Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And you are witnesses of these things. Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.”
Tarry until...
And that is what they did!
Acts 2:1-7 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans?
This all happened to empower the Great Commission:
Acts 2:41-43 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.
This is how Jesus set the Church age in motion: tarry night and day for power, then, when the power comes, go out and do the Great Commission, take those people added by the surge in power, teach them to continue in prayers, and repeat....
Night and day "crying out" was always the plan to do the Great Commission, be revealed as sons of God, and PARTICIPATE in the return of Jesus. This, like Jesus said, is the ONLY way He will return, but how many will He find participating?
There is SO much information in the Bible describing what to expect (watch for), how to respond to it (pray), and how to be ready... Most people have no idea that heaven is actually waiting on them to participate, and that Jesus is organizing the release of truth to GET THEM TO PARTICIPATE.
Jesus is orchestrating a storm to get a prayer movement to respond.
Truth is coming in 21 incremental steps called 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 bowls. 21 steps to convincing the people of the earth to cry out and complete the "revealing" of the sons of God. This will be very painful for those who have no interest in truth... in the plans laid out in incredible detail in the Bible... for the return of truth to the Garden.
Many say "i'm ready for Jesus to return!" yet, they have no idea how that return will happen...and even worse, no intention to find out. This isn't faith, it is dangerous presumption.
Those who claim readiness intend to do the "stuff" of the great commission, but have no regard for the clear instructions about how that will happen are working outside of Jesus' instruction... that makes them separate from the Lord of the Harvest and His harvest plans...that makes them LAWLESS

Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
No part of truth will be violated by the return of Jesus. Right now, many are distracted by fantasy of some sort of "miraculous"surprise moment of Jesus throwing out all His plans and showing up in the sky, or some sort of governmental solution to the division, violence, theft, and lust being foisted upon the earth. "If we could just get this law" or "if we could just get rid of that law"... "if we could just get rid of that guy" or "if we could just elect this guy" then creation could groan less.
Listen friend: Jesus doesn't want creation to groan less UNTIL the sons of God get revealed. That's the plan that is written out already! There is only one way through this thing. Will He find you with faith for that when He comes?
This is the only good news there is...this is the true Gospel...do you believe it? Have you taken the time to learn it, let alone participate in it?
II Peter 3:10-14 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;
You really aren't waiting on heaven, heaven is waiting on you, and if you don't start participating, you are going to feel the crush of the coming kingdom more and more as the plan to get you to participate unfolds. You need to understand and agree with the truth of the end time plans. You live in the end times...you really do...
Revelation 1:1-3 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.
