The House of Prayer is an Internal Process

Revelation 7:15“That is why they stand in front of God’s throne and serve him day and night in his Temple. And he who sits on the throne will give them shelter.

The only safe place in the Great Tribulation is standing before the throne.... How close to the throne can I get on Earth?

Psalm 24:3 Who may climb the mountain of the LORD?
Who may stand in his holy place?
4 Only those whose hands and hearts are pure,
who do not worship idols
and never tell lies.
5 They will receive the LORD’s blessing
and have a right relationship with God their savior.
6 Such people may seek you
and worship in your presence, O God of Jacob.
Interlude
7 Open up, ancient gates!
Open up, ancient doors,
and let the King of glory enter.
8 Who is the King of glory?
The LORD, strong and mighty;
the LORD, invincible in battle.
9 Open up, ancient gates!
Open up, ancient doors,
and let the King of glory enter.
10 Who is the King of glory?
The LORD of Heaven’s Armies—
he is the King of glory.

This is why David put up a tent and led Israel to worship God 24/7.

Psalm 27:1A psalm of David.

The LORD is my light and my salvation—
so why should I be afraid?
The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger,
so why should I tremble?
2 When evil people come to devour me,
when my enemies and foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.
3 Though a mighty army surrounds me,
my heart will not be afraid.
Even if I am attacked,
I will remain confident.
4 The one thing I ask of the LORD—
the thing I seek most—
is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life,
delighting in the LORD’s perfections
and meditating in his Temple.
5 For he will conceal me there when troubles come;
he will hide me in his sanctuary.
He will place me out of reach on a high rock.
6 Then I will hold my head high
above my enemies who surround me.
At his sanctuary I will offer sacrifices with shouts of joy,
singing and praising the LORD with music.

This sanctification process...getting ready to live in heaven forever by repenting of all the ways we disagree with heaven... Is what takes us into the place of His presence. When we repent, we see more clearly the beauty of God's Holiness...more and more, shame fades, confidence (faith) grows, and we become transformed into being like the One we try to see.

This works. It really does.

The House of Prayer isn't about praying for everyone else to repent....it's a place for those who go to repent themselves (remove logs from our eyes) so that they can see more clearly to be helpful to the earth, interceding in hope for others.

Matthew 7:1“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. 2 For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged. 3 “And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? 4 How can you think of saying to your friend, ‘Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,’ when you can’t see past the log in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye. 6 “Don’t waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don’t throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you. 7 “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. 9 “You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? 10 Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! 11 So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.

The place of asking is a place to be internal and not external...to go in and see God, and then see myself in the light of God, not point out what I think everyone else needs.

We don't pray night and day because we are holy or good at it. We pray night and day because we are not and want to be. We ask because we need.

The judgment that is unfolding on the earth is promised to bring a multitude that you can't even number out of the earth and into this reality. We live in the greatest time to be alive the earth will ever witness...and the most terrible... Our experience of this moment in time entirely hinges on how we relate to this reality...it really does.

If we would judge ourselves we wouldn't be judged.
