Corruption or Conflict With The Darkness?

Allowing corruption is different than waging a fleshy war against corruption.  The lawless activity of the flesh in the name of God IS the corruption.

Revelation 2:18-29 NKJV — “And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, ‘These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass: “I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first. “Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. “And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. “Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. “I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. “Now to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden. “But hold fast what you have till I come. “And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations— ‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’— as I also have received from My Father; “and I will give him the morning star. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’

Our flesh reads this passage and wrongly believes Jesus wants Thyatira to "stop Jezebel."  Nope. Jesus wants Thyatira to not allow Jezebel to continue unchecked by HIS Spirit.  Thyatira should be warring against Jezebel SPIRITUALLY, not carnally.  The flesh profits nothing.  That is the true counterpoint to Jezebel's false teaching.

We resist the corruption in our own souls, and corporately in the Body of Yeshua, by submitting to God, not shouting down the corrupt or lawlessly trying to turn others against corruption, which is a corruption in, and of, itself.

Satan is playing a long game.  He just wants lawlessness in the church.  Lawlessness in mankind keeps Satan in place.

Lawfulness will prevail.  Only the meek will inherit the earth.  Corruption is eradicated from the inside out as truth takes hold in our own souls.  No one can hide the true light of truth.  It is offensive to everything not like it.

The light of God's glory brings both death and life.  It is death to darkness and life to those who want light.  That will never change.  If the light in me isn't challenging some darkness in, and around me, just and only by shining, it's false light.  

Light doesn't push, it doesn't shout... It searches and reveals just by its nature. Internally violent towards worldliness and externally passive towards the world; That's the true light of Yeshua.  That's the true light of the God of Abraham.

Satan's main trick is deflection.  He takes advantage of human pride and the hidden desire of the human heart to BE God to decieve those who care about truth to deflect it onto everyone else except them.  Satan turns the sincere into hypocrites by the deflection impatience and pride naturally breeds.

The corruption of human impatience and false unity in the name of God leads to a violent attitude towards the world to change so it will conform to some hijacked godly vision, while staying internally passive towards our own worldliness.  Deflection of righteousness onto others inoculates me to the Kingdom which only comes from the inside out.  Deflection pacifies my heart into believing it "loves" righteousness, but deflection never makes my heart righteous!  That is Satan's main deception!

Jesus is doing something very different. He teaches purity in the inward depths of my soul and that begins a conflict with darkness that will eventually challenge Jezebel just by its very commitment to Godliness over worldliness.

This is God's heart for man, as David was after His heart:

Psalm 51:5-7 NKJV — Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

The antichrist grows to believe he IS God by this corruption. Most will follow in the name of God, while fighting God Himself.  

What makes Jesus Christ so unique is that He COULD be violent against the world, but chose to be a sacrifice FOR the world.  He didn't not allow corruption. He didn't allow Jezebel to continue unchecked. He shone a new light. That light has brought life to me.  God just wants me to go all the way to the cross in that light, too.

Everybody is picking darkness or light right now.  All of it is in the name of "God" or their perception of goodness.  Which kingdom am I picking?  The corrupt one going away, or the true one starting to shine?
