Plan for Safety

No matter what the news says, this is what is taking place in the earth right now:

Psalm 46: 8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has made desolations in the earth. 9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariot in the fire. 10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

Psalm 47:1 Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph! 2 For the Lord Most High is awesome; He is a great King over all the earth. 3 He will subdue the peoples under us, And the nations under our feet.

Psalm 48:10 According to Your name, O God, So is Your praise to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.

God has a plan that He is faithfully executing right now, as the world watches and wonders what is happening. There is a plan written thousands of years before today. Actually, the Bible says the plan we are witnessing the lasts strokes of now, was written before the foundation of the world.

In the simplest terms I can think of, the Book of Revelation describes the final choice of mankind at the end of the age. The choice is between making God our strength, or making man's wisdom our strength (the spirit of the antichrist). The world events are setting the stage for a great choice of trust to be necessary on the part of every man, woman, and child. The prophets describe it as a "valley of decision." Many have already chosen the strength and wisdom of man, even many who go to church on Sunday.

We demonstrate our choice partly with our words, but mostly with what we "make our strength." Is my strength based on living in agreement with Jesus, dying to myself, seeking the kingdom first, letting all other things be added unto me, giving away my natural strength to put my trust in Jesus' (giving secretly, praying secretly, fasting secretly), abiding in Him, progressively knowing Him more? This is how Jesus described a relationship with Him looking. Or is my plan to save up what I think I will need for me, putting "me and mine" first, talking at God rather than with Him, settling in my heart that a regular commitment to God of "x" amount of time, money, and emotion is "good enough"? This attitude puts me at risk of settling for a dead religion.

The truth of these choices a person can only know about themselves. I only know to what degree I have really made God my strength. Only you can know to what degree you have. But this choice really does matter.

Psalm 46 describes God as "making desolations" and then "making wars cease." Which is it? Is God fixing the world, or breaking it?! The true answer is both. God is increasingly removing His "hand of restraint" from the choice of the world for man's wisdom over Him. Eventually, because of free will, man will ultimately get what it wants. If you want the fullness of God, take heart, for He is about to keep His promise to pour out His spirit on everyone in agreement with Him. Visions, dreams, words of knowledge, healing, miracles...all designed to haul in the greatest harvest of hearts the world has ever seen. 3,000 people were saved the day the Holy Spirit made a down payment on this promise at Pentecost (Acts 2), Revelation 7 says we will see a multitude without number (millions, maybe billions) get saved as the Bride walks in increasing power and revelation of the presence of the Holy Spirit among us!

BUT, if man's wisdom is where you have placed your trust, you will get to taste the fruit of that decision. The fullness of what is in man's heart is desolation. Self- interest, which has been kept at bay by the restraining hand of God for 8,000 years, will be allowed at a scale we have only seen glimpses of in Nazi Germany, or Stalin's Russia, or Mao's china. Global famine from a planned economy, global war from the struggle for power, global sin from greed released in full...this is the fruit of what is in mankind's heart apart from God.

Jesus said the wheat, those in agreement with God, and the tares, those seeking after self, will mature together. Light will increase, but so will darkness. But in the midst of it all, a praying and worshiping Church will be on fire for God. Night and day, we will clap our hands and shout in triumph, even though the world shakes and is made desolate. We will behold the great and terrible works of God, and sing His praise. We will see Jerusalem established as the capital of Jesus' global government, which will occur in the midst of great bloodshed, and we will sing praise.

This is because there is a promise of God about this generation: that God's people will go forward into battle the way they always have, with the worshipers first! Jericho fell with a shout, and Gideon's army with the blowing of the trumpets and the smashing of some makeshift lanterns. David, the greatest king of Israel ever, paid for 8,000 singers, musicians, and support personnel to worship God night and day. The prophet Amos promised that David's order of worship would be re-built in all of its glory before Jesus returned (Amos 9:11).

This is Jesus' end-time plan for His church. Night and day worship in a time of trouble. When everyone else says safety is in "this man's (the last global leader) plan," the Church, the Pure and Spotless Bride, will know and SING about how safety is only found in knowing and living for Jesus! Man's plan will seem wise, and God's plan of worshiping night and day...making the invisible God our only strength and plan... will seem foolish to those who don't know the awesome power of God:

Isaiah 55:8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.

1 Corinthians 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

The Psalms that I quoted at the beginning were actually written by the musicians from David's night and day prayer movement. The Sons of Korah, the authors of Psalms 46-48, served in David's Tabernacle writing prophetic songs of praise that pointed to the end-time global worship movement. This has always been God's plan. God is so poetic in His ways.

Right now night and day worship is growing all over the planet. This is one of the biggest and most obvious fulfillments of end-time prophecy the world has ever seen, but many have no idea it was even prophesied. Now is the time for me to ask God "what are you doing, and how can I be involved?"

Luke 18:7 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? 8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
