God Judges Sin
God judges sin, the rebellion of mankind against His perfect leadership, by letting the fruit of that rebellion be shown.
For centuries, there has been a restraint on the desire of mankind. Evil men have wanted to rule the entire globe since the days of Babel... to gather together into cities to provide their own safety and to disperse God's resources in exchange for a system of man-based security. God looked down on Babel and foretold a time when this would be allowed...but it wasn't then. God paused the Godless desire of mankind by confusing the language...by breaking up the unity of fallen man:
Genesis 11:1-8 Now the whole earth had one language and one speech. And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there. Then they said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar. And they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.” But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.” So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.
God promised to "unpause" the desire of mankind...to lift the lid, or hand, of restraint from the evil desire iin mankind's heart. He hinted to the prophets how and when it would happen. He told Daniel that the technological revolution of our day would allow the reconnection of communication paused at Babel and this would result in the greatest tribulation mankind would ever witness:
Daniel 12:1-4 “At that time Michael shall stand up, The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble, Such as never was since there was a nation, Even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, Every one who is found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever. “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
God showed Zechariah that it was the lifting of the lid restraining the latent wicked desire in man's heart that would let the end time resurgence of the Babel spirit...the Harlot Babylon...come forward. Evil would get what it wanted, and that would actually be the way it was judged!
Zechariah 5:5-11 Then the angel who talked with me came out and said to me, “Lift your eyes now, and see what this is that goes forth.” So I asked, “What is it?” And he said, “It is a basket that is going forth.” He also said, “This is their resemblance throughout the earth: Here is a lead disc lifted up, and this is a woman sitting inside the basket”; then he said, “This is Wickedness!” And he thrust her down into the basket, and threw the lead cover over its mouth. Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven. So I said to the angel who talked with me, “Where are they carrying the basket?” And he said to me, “To build a house for it in the land of Shinar; when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base.”
If you want to know what is happening in this hour, let me tell you plainly: the restraint of God is being lifted from the desire in man's heart. Some desire to make the garden good without God. This is the fullness of evil. It sounds very loving, but it is an attempt to steal the garden from the one who PAID his own blood for the garden to be remade in righteousness.
Who is responsible for this theft? Many. It is in the church, in politics, in the militaries, streaming from Hollywood and New York on the airwaves, and in the corporations. Anyone who wants to make the earth "good" apart from loyalty to Jesus, the only one worthy to make it good, is participating in the spirit of Babylon. There is only one who is good:
Luke 18:19 So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.
There are many who want to do good, but they do it "for" God...not with Him. Like Cain, they reason within themselves what is good and impose that belief upon their own image of God. This is a sacrifice unacceptable...strange fire...lawlessness done in the name of the Lord:
Matthew 7:20-23 Therefore by their fruits you will know them. “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
This is what emerges as God lifts the lid from the wicked desires of mankind's heart: lawlessness emerges. This is what reveals the antichrist. He promises to do good...to do no harm... he believes it!... but all that follows him...all of his fruit ... is death and destruction. He promises freedom, but the people get bondage. He promises wealth, but the people get famine. He promises peace, but the people get war...
Many Christians will follow the antichrist into Babylon's fate in the name of good...their own version of good that compromises the truth of the Bible in the name of the one who IS the Word! the irony:
II Thessalonians 2:1-12 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
We are literally witnessing this phenomena in our hour. There is unity, but unity around what? Around "good" or the word? There are increasing signs and wonders, but what is the spirit behind them, and what is the fruit of their emergence? In this hour...right now...there is Biblical unity centered on Jesus emerging, and there is false unity, centered on man's concept of "good" emerging.
Which one do you touch?
Do you know?
Do you care?
God is going to judge both! The true will stand and the false will fall. If you stand with the Word, it will not move. If you stand with the world, it will be burned.
God is going to judge both by letting them HAVE success! BOTH! Success matures the fruit.
If you agree with man-based unity and man-based strength, you will be judged by "seven seals" as the man you trust gets everything he wants. The fruit is:
1. Global intimidation-as man-based agreement breaks down
2. World war III-as man-based peace breaks down
3. Famine- as promises of wealth redistribution breaks down
4. Pestilence - as promises of man-based health break down
5. Animal attacks - as man-based management of the environment breaks down
6. Martyrdom - as man-based religion breaks down
7. An increase in judgment as man' s pride hardens hearts against God, even though he is allowing man success in his godless plans. They will blame God for the fruit of their own hand.
For those who don't repent after the seven seals, seven trumpets...a sevenfold increase in success of evil will be allowed to judge those who desire evil. this will reveal not the heart the antichrist, but the heart of satan, his father. The seven bowls are the last allowing of the "success" of evil, as God gives man what it wants: a taste of life without any help from God, who is the author and source of all life. What happens is the literal incremental death of every person who wants to try and live without God.
It is important to see where this is going. Everyone is going to get what they want. If you really want to know God, you are in for the most amazing time to ever be alive. If you want to know man's idea of "good," it will be the most agonizing time to ever live.

Joel 3:14-17 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. The sun and moon will grow dark, And the stars will diminish their brightness. The Lord also will roar from Zion, And utter His voice from Jerusalem; The heavens and earth will shake; But the Lord will be a shelter for His people, And the strength of the children of Israel. “So you shall know that I am the Lord your God, Dwelling in Zion My holy mountain. Then Jerusalem shall be holy, And no aliens shall ever pass through her again.”
