Season of Light
This is not a season of darkness, but rather a season of light. BUT, to truly understand the hour, the darkness must be understood...
The government of the whole earth is changing. The former system is being dismantled before our eyes. A new system is being imposed on the earth. A new constitution is being written. Can you hear it?
Off in the distance, here and there, in the mountains and along the coast, from the midst of the plain and even the desert, desire for Jesus to come is increasing... Hands are getting cleaned, hearts voluntarily purified as an offering of love... Desperate desire for the groom to come is building. The Bride is growing in focus... In desire.... The darkness is beginning to take fallen desire out of her view... The light is illuminating one thing.
Trying to stay comfortable in this hour.... Trying to prop up dull and outdated desire... Maintaining the lukewarm and trying to be satisfied in that tepid mess will no longer endure....
Can you feel it? Do you hear it in the words around you. Something must change.... It Is changing... Thank God it is changing....
The ship is sinking. Trying to keep the orchestra playing on a sinking ship might make the drowning easier, but it will not save you from drowning. There is a new ship near... But it requires conforming to the orders of a new captain. The new ship isn't a doomed luxury cruise of human arrogance and pride, it is a rescue vessel of humility and true power... But it requires a choice.... You must choose. You must cross over.
This is the joy of the harvest: the old season is done, the fruit is ripe, the end has come.
Isaiah 9:1 Nevertheless the gloom will not be upon her who is distressed,
As when at first He lightly esteemed
The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali,
And afterward more heavily oppressed her,
By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan,
In Galilee of the Gentiles.
2The people who walked in darkness
Have seen a great light;
Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death,
Upon them a light has shined.
3You have multiplied the nation
And increased its joy;
They rejoice before You
According to the joy of harvest,
As men rejoice when they divide the spoil.
4 For You have broken the yoke of his burden
And the staff of his shoulder,
The rod of his oppressor,
As in the day of Midian.
5 For every warrior’s sandal from the noisy battle,
And garments rolled in blood,
Will be used for burning and fuel of fire.
6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
The Titanic is Babylon. The epitome of the failure of wealth and comfort and the strength of human endeavor... She will not recover. Do you see her?
Revelation 18:1 After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!
3“For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”
4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.
5“For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.
6“Render to her just as she rendered to you,fn and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her.
7“In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’
8“Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her.
9“The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning,
10“standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’
11“And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore:
