Jesus' Action Plan
This is Jesus' personality and action plan for winning the heart of everyone who wants Him:
Isaiah 42:1 “Behold! My Servant whom I uphold,
My Elect One in whom My soul delights!
I have put My Spirit upon Him;
He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.
2 He will not cry out, nor raise His voice,
Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street.
3 A bruised reed He will not break,
And smoking flax He will not quench;
He will bring forth justice for truth.
4 He will not fail nor be discouraged,
Till He has established justice in the earth;
And the coastlands shall wait for His law.”
5 Thus says God the LORD,
Who created the heavens and stretched them out,
Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it,
Who gives breath to the people on it,
And spirit to those who walk on it:
6 “I, the LORD, have called You in righteousness,
And will hold Your hand;
I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people,
As a light to the Gentiles,
7 To open blind eyes,
To bring out prisoners from the prison,
Those who sit in darkness from the prison house.
This will ALWAYS be His personality. He never changes.
This is how Jesus ministered in Israel, and ultimately gave His life on the cross praying for forgiveness of those who killed Him. This is how He will return: silent as a thief, like the clouds about to drop rain, like a baby being born, as in the days of Noah...
He IS meekness. He IS longsuffering (patient). He is KIND. Really, despite the fear mongering, name calling, hard-hearted false representation of Him by possibly well-meaning but fearful and unfaithful people, Jesus is Kind!...especially towards His enemies!!
Matthew 5:44 “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,
45 “that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 “For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?
47 “And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?
48 “Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
He isn't:
- one who lawlessly and impatiently 'decrees' what is supposed to be His (but rather waits):
Matthew 22:44 ‘The LORD said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool” ’ ?
- One who manipulates, pushes, fights 'demonic laws' (like Roe v Wade, as one small example) with politicians and human force. In fact, His personality is to intercede against UNSEEN forces (actual demons) with kindness, meekness and patience toward those being used by unseen forces, not whipping people up into fear. Jesus waits for humanity to come to terms with truth voluntarily:
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places
2 Corinthians 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
If you want to see what real Christianity looks like, look at Jesus' life. Where were His decrees that everywhere He stood was His? Where did He call fire down on His enemies?
Matthew 22:20 And He said to them, “Whose image and inscription is this?”
21 They said to Him, “Caesar’s.” And He said to them, “Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”
22 When they had heard these words, they marveled, and left Him and went their way.
Luke 9:52 and sent messengers before His face. And as they went, they entered a village of the Samaritans, to prepare for Him.
53 But they did not receive Him, because His face was set for the journey to Jerusalem.
54 And when His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, just as Elijah did?”
55 But He turned and rebuked them, and said, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of.
56“For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them.” And they went to another village.
I could go on, but I won't. This is my point: There is a false, arrogant, dominant, non-meek version of 'Christianity' being adopted by fleshy, false, arrogant, dominant, non-meek leaders who paint humanistic fear and power mongering in half-Biblical truth. There is no fruit of the Spirit evident in what they do or say. This was promised to rise up in this hour. Don't fall for it.
Know Jesus' personality. Don't give creedence to every over-confidant preacher's whim just because they say something wildly presumptive, arrogant, and dominant mixed with Bible verses. Many who claim to be Jesus' will be rejected.
Matthew 7:13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.
14 “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
16 “You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
17 “Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
18 “A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
19 “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 “Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22 “Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
23 “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
Isaiah 42:1 “Behold! My Servant whom I uphold,
My Elect One in whom My soul delights!

2 Corinthians 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
7 Do you look at things according to the outward appearance? If anyone is convinced in himself that he is Christ’s, let him again consider this in himself, that just as he is Christ’s, even so we are Christ’s.
