God's Heart

God is a happy, generous, and kind Father. You are His favorite you. If you have been justified by Jesus, you can approach God with confidence! In fact, this is what God desires. He isn't honored by us putting ourselves on probabtion for our past mistakes. He is honored when we believe Him and agree with Him. If some sin or mistake is between you and Him, just admit it, agree with Him that you don't want it in your life, and confidently come near to Him. This is what He wants:

Hebrews 10:22 let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ's blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water.

The weight of true salvation is not on the person being saved. The Cross is the power of the gospel. That means the flesh cannot save itself. False teachers place the weight of salvation on people. Change this, tweak this, stop this, do more of this… if only we had done this, then God would have done more… These are vain thoughts. God is looking for children to make saints, not saints to make children . The flesh is arrogant. It does not want to be weak. The flesh hates being needy. It hates being a child. Anyone truly in a growing relationship with God... Anyone that truly knows Him, becomes more and more confident of One Thing: God is the strength of their bond, not themselves. *It's God who made us, not the other way around *It's God who sustains us... Every heart beat, every breath.. *It's God who holds eternity, not us. *It's God who has done every good thing, not man. If heaven is truly good, it's good because of God, not man. If righteousness is truly righteous, it's because of God not man. Life is only a thing we have because God decided it would be so.  He is looking for those who humble themselves back into His majesty and out of their own theft of His life and creation. God Wants My Heart, Not My Help

There is a brokenness in my flesh that tends to try to be God instead of let God be God to me. "Wanting what God wants" doesn't make me loyal to God.  Even Satan wants what God wants: Isaiah 14:12-15 NLT — “How you are fallen from heaven, O shining star, son of the morning! You have been thrown down to the earth, you who destroyed the nations of the world. For you said to yourself, ‘I will ascend to heaven and set my throne above God’s stars. I will preside on the mountain of the gods far away in the north. I will climb to the highest heavens and be like the Most High.’ Instead, you will be brought down to the place of the dead, down to its lowest depths. Jesus' One and Only Doctrine

Jesus only taught one doctrine: John 5:19 NKJV — Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. Meekness is the Telltale of a True Witness

Luke 24:47-49 NKJV — “and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. “And you are witnesses of these things. “Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.” At the very center of what it means to be a witness of Yeshua is HIS personality, not mine. The Spirit of Jesus is what we see His personality to be in the Gospel.  This is because Jesus successfully denied His flesh.  Because of the humility of Jesus, we see God's personality shine through Jesus' actions, words, and teachings.
