The Truth of Judgement

Ephesians 1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

19and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

I want to see the people around me as Jesus' inheritance...not as enemies, not as unimportant, not as people who could help me get what I want. I want to see people rightly, as the inheritance of the One who made them, and do my best to connect them to the One who will make them great forever, if they could just see the glory and hope of why they were made.

This starts ...always... In truth. The truth of judgment which is : That not connecting to this reality of inheritance has massively negative consequences.

There is no neutral position in creation. We live in the time of calling in, casting down, and sifting out. The stakes are so high in this hour. The intensity of the end times happens because a lifetime of decision making for, or against, the leadership of Jesus is compressed into 1260 days, on a global level. The days leading up to the Great Tribulation will be marked by a growing intensity of this same truth...a calling to war...

Joel 3:9Proclaim this among the nations:

“Prepare for war!

Wake up the mighty men,

Let all the men of war draw near,

Let them come up.

Joel 3:14Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!

For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.

15The sun and moon will grow dark,

And the stars will diminish their brightness.

16The LORD also will roar from Zion,

And utter His voice from Jerusalem;

The heavens and earth will shake;

But the LORD will be a shelter for His people,

And the strength of the children of Israel.14Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!

For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.

15The sun and moon will grow dark,

And the stars will diminish their brightness.

16The LORD also will roar from Zion,

And utter His voice from Jerusalem;

The heavens and earth will shake;

But the LORD will be a shelter for His people,

And the strength of the children of Israel.

As billions of people decide for, or against, Jesus all together, the kingdom will be taken by spiritual violence even as those resisting it choose physical violence in fear.

To keep my mind safe from the fray of fear (the antichrist is inviting people into the fray of division, while appearing to be above the fray himself, making him look wise), I need the perspective of Jesus: to see every person as His inheritance and start contending for the power to free minds from fear, in love, by preaching the truth about what is happening with no reservation.

Jesus didn't compromise the truth about judgment to preach the hope of inheritance. They are essential to each other. There is no hope without tribulation.

Romans 5:1Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

2through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

3And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;

4and perseverance, character; and character, hope.

5Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
