Light of Glory

Genesis 1:11-16 Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the third day. Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so. Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also.

The grass and trees came before the sun and moon! God made the earth to live in HIS glory... a light MUCH brighter than the sun. When mankind rebelled, what it cost us was His presence... the true strength of light everything was supposed to grow in. For love, God withdrew Himself from the place He called "very good"...the place HE made for Himself! This is because until we are made new, His bright perfection would kill us:

I Timothy 6:15-16 which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.

When God withdrew, everything began living less... the food became scarce, and the desire of our eyes fell on less bright things:

Genesis 3:17-19 Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’: “Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you, And you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return.”

Matthew 6:22-23 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Life became MUCH harder when the source of life left His creation. We live in the hour that the bright presence of God is returning...ready or not. Being ready is all about worship overflowing into harvest power...explaining that the intense things God is allowing to happen are really simply the initial stages of bright glory illuminating the truth of darkness in the hearts and desires of mankind...it WILL get much more intense.

The way you prepare is to fill your eyes with as much light as possible. Mankind was made to worship what we see. Adam and Eve naturally worshiped God because He was the most beautiful One they could see. Ever since the fall, worshiping God has required a conscious choice to rely on the eyes of our heart...to fix our internal gaze on the only One who brings life...as this hidden glory becomes more and more physically present, it will cause great fear to fall on the earth. If you aren't seeking the bright face of God, you will run from Him as He appears...this is the fruit of shame...knowing you are unprepared to face God:

Revelation 6:14-17 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

If you are found seeking His face, you WILL be ready. In fact, you will be the ones pulling back the veil between earth and heaven!

Psalms 24:3-10 Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord ? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord , And righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah
