Corridor of Glory

There is a divine pattern established in the Bible of earth agreeing with heaven, and a "corridor of glory" being created...heaven invading earth...in response. This is how mankind was designed to live, in "dominion" (leadership) over the earth in partnership with God. This is what Adam was created for:


Genesis 1:28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”


This is how the Psalmist put it:


Psalms 115:16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord ’s; But the earth He has given to the children of men.


The Bride is Jesus' final expression of this reality. One generation will walk in agreement with heaven to such a degree that it will see the outpouring of the Holy Spirit...heaven invading earth...in such a measure that the whole world will have to admit that Jesus is who He claims to be, and that we belong to Him!


John 17:23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.


This is a portrait of the pure and spotless Bride: unity with eachother and with Jesus to such a degree that the Joel 2:28-32 outpouring of the Holy Spirit will enable the Bride to walk in demonstrable power of God through the Great Tribulation as a faithful witness that Her companion, Jesus, is the one behind the whole thing. The Book of Acts was a "down-payment" on what the Bride will live in 24/7. The Great Tribulation is actually the Church's greatest hour, because Her husband is revealing himself through it. Jesus' plan is not to remove everyone who knows Him and then reign down terror on a bunch of people who don't get it. No, His plan is to use the least intense means necessary to reach the greatest number of people at the deepest heart level without ever violating free will, all the while making a difference between His people (His Bride) and those in rebellion to Him. This is why the Book describing these events is called "the Revelation of Jesus Christ"! When you are married to the King of Kings, you have it made!


The pattern looks like this: God's people in one accord (worship and prayer as a lifestyle...not just a 30 minute thing on Sunday am), the outpouring of the Spirit in a dramatic way, and then the Harvest of Righteousness...everyone who calls on the name of the Lord being saved:


Joel 2:12, 14-15, 28-32 “Now, therefore,” says the Lord , “Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” Who knows if He will turn and relent, And leave a blessing behind Him— A grain offering and a drink offering For the Lord your God? Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord . And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.


This is what the Book of Acts described in an introductory measure: 120 gather in the upper room, praying and worshiping in one accord, seven weeks later the Holy Spirit is poured out in a dramatic way, and 3,000 people got saved that day. This is also the pattern in Revelation 6:9-17 and 7:1-17:


The 5th seal is persecution of the Church, which backfires on the antichrist. Instead of shrinking back and worshiping the antichrist, the Bride cries out in "one accord" in agreement with those already in heaven. Heaven agrees with earth...then BAM, the 6th seal is opened, the Holy Spirit comes in a dramatic way, accompanied by signs in the heaven and in the earth, just like Joel promised. Instead of the Bride cowering in fear, those out of agreement with God are frightened:


Revelation 6:15-17 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”


And then the Bride...just like Peter in Acts 2...answers, as the faithful witness, and tells anyone who will listen EXACTLY who can stand: ANYONE who calls on the name of the Lord! We will be successful, those of us who have prepared our hearts to walk in love in the midst of the greatest intensity the world has ever seen...and this is the harvest we will bring in for our Groom:


Revelation 7:9-10, 13-14 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.


Jesus promised that He would do His part, but will the Bride do hers? Many say "it will all work out." Many take an academic approach to this information, keeping it theoretical...but the truth is, our choices of WHAT we do with this information REALLY matters. Joel said "while there is still time" is the end time context of coming together in one-accord. The end-time worship movement...building night and day worship in our region, is agreeing with Jesus...building unity in the body in our region is agreeing with Jesus...these are all the same subject: Jesus return, the Pure and Spotless Bride, the 24/7 worship movement, and the John 17:23 unification of God's people. Now is the time for those who will agree with Jesus to put their time, money, and energy where their faith is:


Luke 18:7-8 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”

Jesus promised He would do His part...His question is, would we do ours?!
