Creativity

Jesus created a billion galaxies, invented the human cell, created light, thought of the idea of fire, miraculously placed a coin in a fish's mouth to pay his own taxes, walked on water, and multiplied food...not to name all the other things He did, that the disciple John said, if written down, would have filled so many books the world couldn't hold them!

Jesus is powerful. His creative ability through the power of the Holy spirit, combined with the perfect knowledge of the Father... WOW! He said His power is most obvious in our weakness. Our need is where He loves to reveal His power. I look at my needs as weakness, and He looks at them as a theater to display little glimpses of His awesome power.

Healing is seriously no problem for God. Money is the smallest detail. Restoration of a broken relationship...check. There is literally no limit to what Jesus can do. Genesis I creation is on His resume!

Jesus' creative and sustaining genius, and the Holy Spirit's jaw dropping power, are directed by the Father's perfect plan. Often, because I live in real-time, I can't see the wisdom in the waiting, or the seeming lack of movement to resolve my circumstances. But God promises to use this awesome power to "work all things for my good." It is in agreeing with Him that I most experience His power...the power to quiet my spirit and build my history of faith. Choice by choice, trust by trust, faith by faith, I am learning to count on the power that is in God. He has never let me down!

Matthew 17:27 However, we don't want to offend them, so go down to the lake and throw in a line. Open the mouth of the first fish you catch, and you will find a large silver coin. Take it and pay the tax for both of us."

John 1: 8 John himself was not the light; he was simply a witness to tell about the light. 9 The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.

10 He came into the very world he created, but the world didn't recognize him. 11 He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. 12 But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. 13 They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.

14 So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father's one and only Son.
